Liabilities
While undertaking Tours, Transportation, Hotel Accommodation and other Services we only act as an agent. Their must be clear understanding that we will not be in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damage, loss, delay or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents. All booking are accepted with most care, yet not responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation on account of factors beyond company’s control. The company reserves the right to require any person to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his act or conduct is offensive OR incompatible with the comfort of other clients and the company shall be under no further liability thereafter to such person.

Terms & Condition
1. The Booking / Reservation shall be confirmed from our office after the receipt of full payment in advance.
2. Any additional night for tour packages will be charged on pro-rata basis.Children below 5 years is free and child between 5 to 12 staying in same room shall be charged 50% (with extra bed).
3. Cancellation: 90% amount room rent / Package cost refunded before 30 days of arrival date at resort/ hotel. 50% room rent / package will be refunded 15 days of arrival date and 25% room rent /package will be refunded 3 days of arrival date at hotels/resorts. No refund in any case for cancellation with in 3 days of arrival date at hotel/resort.
4. Proponement / postponement of any booking will be treated as cancellation an liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
5. Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
6. Indo Expedition has right to revise / suspend any tariff/ Package offered at any point of time and can refund the advance received.

7. Cancellations must be intimated to us in writing & are applicable per person
